Last week was not a good workout week, nor a good weight loss week. The famous "work interference" happened almost every day. But I'm rolling with the punches and as usual hope to get back on track this week. Two triathlons are scheduled for 9 and 10 weeks out and I'm still trying to figure out what the deal is with getting registered but I'm also questioning if I'm really ready for this. I always want to say give me a couple more weeks to decide but I know if they aren't full already they may be full. Again, trying to roll with the punches, if that is the case then it wasn't meant for me to do the races, which is why I have several scheduled for the year. The life changes that I'm working on right now, outside of the fitness and weight loss, and very consuming but necessary!!
