Completed all my scheduled strength training workouts! 2. First time completely running up the big hill in our neighborhood! The spin instructor that I absolutely love has informed us that she is willing to teach a 90 minute class every Wednesday morning from 5-630 until July - so excited! This week I was lucky to get a massage, will definitely try to keep my monthly massage routine going as it felt great after a solid week of training. I didn't get my extra swim in but hope to do that this week. It might get a bit easier if this 90 degree weather continues because the outdoor pool should get a bit warmer. I'll try to...
