Rob is finally home!! One of my big fears with him coming home was my schedule changing but so far all is going well. I did have a change in work schedule, instead of working 930-630 I'm now working 830-530. This has required some adjustment because I had a bit more flexibility with when I got to the gym but now I need to ensure I'm getting up on time. I also don't have as much time to do as much so I need to adjust what I do on a daily basis but no worries it's all working out. I'm planning on increasing my freestyle by 100 yds each week.
