A bit behind so I've included my stats for the past 2 weeks. Rob is finally home!! One of my big fears with him coming home was my schedule changing but so far all is going well. I did have a change in work schedule, instead of working 930-630 I'm now working 830-530. This has required some adjustment because I had a bit more flexibility with when I got to the gym but now I need to ensure I'm getting up on time. I also don't have as much time to do as much so I need to adjust what I do on a daily basis but no worries it's all working out.
I'm planning on increasing my freestyle by 100 yds each week. I still find it so crazy that I'm really starting to enjoy the swimming. Last week I started Week 7 of the ChiRunning 5K program and I'm still going strong. When I complete the 8 week to 5K I'm going to start a 10 week 10K program. I have found a 10K race in early spring that should be around the time I complete the 10K program. I've been able to find 3-4 local triathlon races to consider and I'm considering the Rock and Roll 1/2 or Full Marathon in San Antonio at the end of next November.
The weight loss is slowing down, which I knew would happen, just hoped it would be in another 5-10 lbs. So I'll need to evaluate what I eat. One big issue is getting enough calories and protein so I'll focus on that over the next couple of weeks.
Happy Turkey Day!!
