It's been a great 2 weeks of training for me. I have completed 2 more goals for the year: ChiRunning 10K program - I completed this yesterday with a 10K treadmill run. I was able to maintain a pace of 11.01. I was so happy because I originally wanted to maintain a 12 minute pace and actually beat it by 1 minute. Lifetime Fitness Indoor Tri - I completed this today. This was a mini tri event consisting of 10 minute swim, 30 minute bike and a 20 minute run. Results have not come out yet but I think I swam 350 yds, biked 8.5 miles and ran 1.91 miles.
