Well I fell off track a bit after meeting my goal and didn't have any weight loss but I'm still holding steady.  I'm still focusing on maintaining my goal weight but really would like to drop another 7 lbs.  But I'm trying not to focus on that right now, I'm more focused on my training.
Last week was a recovery week, I build for 3 weeks and recover for 1 week.  So it was very weird to run for 17 min or swim for 17 min.  But I do realize it's important for my body to recover and it gave me time to work on speed and form.  This week started out wonderful but I'm slacking a bit on weekends, something that has always been a struggle for me.  I skipped my workout today but will hit my swim and run tomorrow so overall I will just miss one of my bikes.  I still haven't been outside on my road bike.  Tomorrow I want to get my new odometer on the bike and purchase some new tires so I can get those installed this week and will be able to take a ride next weekend.  
Only 5 more weeks till my first triathlon.  We went to see the course today and drove the bike course, which has some good hills!
This week I really enjoyed my training, I'm loving the time in the pool, the water blocks everything out and because I'm still not a great swimmer I really need to focus on my breathing and stroke and I love that I don't think about anything else.  It's my most peaceful time of the week!
