The past 3 weeks I have been very consistent with my workout routine and have worked out at least 4 days a week primarily increasing my running and a bit on the stationary bike.  But I have been working out at home.  We have a great home gym but we don't have an indoor pool.  Every Sunday I prepare for going to the gym on Monday morning but when the alarm goes off I have been shutting it off and rolling over. The good is that I can sleep another hour and still have an hour for a workout before I have to start getting ready; the bad is that I don't have an indoor pool.  I looked at my workout spreadsheet and can't believe I haven't swam since August.  So once again it's Sunday and I've packed for the gym but this time I need to get up.  I have to get back to that pool for many reasons:   1.  I have to swim 1.2 miles next September.  2.  I have to continue to improve my swimming.  3.  It does wonders for my leg.
