Had a short week as far as training, missed a few sessions, but the sessions I did hit were rock solid. I touched base with Krista regarding my nutrition and think I have a good plan with some room for adjustments as needed. I ran with my new water belt today, which I think will work well for the race. All week I have been very optimistic and upbeat, I think I watched / listened to the hour long Ironman Kona 2013 at least 3 times this week for some additional motivation.
