Definitely a crappy week. Rob thinks I was dealing with jet lag - I don't know but I couldn't get motivated, super tired and ended the week with a massive headache that I took about 12 hours to sleep off.
But as I have been trying to do, live in the future not in the past. I can't go back in time, I can't fix what I didn't do, all I can do is look to the future and keep moving.
Last weekend was the last alcohol consumption until after the race and getting back on track with eating so I can lose some weight and get back in that wetsuit!!
Keep on trucking!!! :) Love that you are leaving it in the past...makes the load so much lighter moving forward. :)
