12 weeks left....and I had a great week, hit all my scheduled workouts, now need to ensure that I continue hit them and get in some strength training as well. Just an overall great week....now to maintain that for the next 12 weeks.
Since this is the 1st time this season that I have posted my workouts and distances, I'm SHOCKED at my run totals. I knew I had not been focusing on running at all but damn I didn't realize it was that bad. Definitely need to get that in gear.
Along with sticking to training this week and eating right I also want to ensure that I'm keeping me first. This has been quiet a struggle for me over the last several months and I realize I have fallen back into not taking care of myself and not making myself happy which is why m training has been so crappy. At the end of the day I have to remind myself I'm going to be the one their for myself, my family and friends will be there but that is it. Life/work balance continues to be a work in progress for me and realization is always the largest part of the battle.
Twelve weeks is not long, so much still to accomplish!
