
Week 1 of the New Year and I'll give myself a C-. No weightloss for the week but I know that is from the evening snacking. Workout wise I did 1 bike workout, 3 run workouts and 1 strength workout. I was scheduled to do 3 swim workouts, 3 bike workouts, 3 run workouts and 2 strength. This week I had planned 2 Team Z workouts and missed both of them because of work but there is a Strength and Injury Prevention Clinic tonight that I plan on attending so I figure that is a good way to finish out the week. The focus for week 2 is to limit the evening snacking, complete over 50% of my workouts, especially the swim workouts, and try to make it to at least 1 of the 2 Team Z events. I've posted my tentative race schedule, it's a pretty aggressive plan, considering 2011 was a big goose egg for me.
