Good, solid start to the new year. This week I'm heading back to the gym and getting in that pool. Need to work on that swim. I've been having lots of issues with my right shoulder again and I'm hoping that some swimming will help. I plan to give myself a few weeks and see how things go before going to a physical therapist. I think it's just a bit strained from some over lifting so will ease into the swimming.
This year I decided I'm also going to track my mileage, with all the training I'll be doing it will be interesting to see how far I travel.
We have visitors coming the next couple of weeks so I'll have to keep an eye on my eating. The good news is that one my besties will be here for almost a week and we will be working out together and will keep an eye on each others eating!
