I got on the scale and received my first disappointment of the day - no weight gain. This resulted in some drama and I was very upset - my good hubby hugged me and reminded me it's a journey, some weeks we plateau and remember you didn't gain. I was upset because I had a good week training and eating so I couldn't understand. I had 1/2 a cup of coffee and then went out for my run - it was cold and windy. I old did 6 miles. It was windy and it was constantly blowing in my face or across me. I thought my head was going to explode because of the headache that I got from the wind blowing in my ears. ...
