This was a recovery week for me and I probably took a bit too much time off but I was glad to get a bit of rest.
The training that I did do was solid and I'm pleased with my effort.
Our Hawaii trip is coming up soon and I've decided I'm not going to pay the ridiculous amount of money to go to the gym just to bike 2 days in a week. So I'm going to focus on my swimming and running and we will be doing hiking that involves some hills so that should be some good leg workout that will have to be a substitute for the biking. I will still have my long bike ride to finish when we get back. So this week I need to make sure I'm on point with my bike.
14 weeks of training left.........still scares the crap out of me!
YAY!!! It is a good scared...it is fuel!!! :)
