Not a bad week, missed a few workouts but still happy with what I'm producing. Starting to get a bit nervous, but hubby tells me I was the same way last year.
I ordered a new triathlon kit - actually first time I've actually ordered a full kit. Typically I wear a tri shirt and black shorts but this go around I decided to go full out. It is shipping today, can't wait to see it. Coeur shorts were good to me last IMTX so decided to go with a top this well. This is a huge treat for myself as I have been racing the same jersey since 2013. Hope I like it!!
Not a great weight loss week but down is always better than up! I did not stick to the plan last weekend, too much snacking during the week so need to stay on track this week. Still want to lose about 20 lbs before the race, which is doable but dedication to the plan is important.
Just don't feel like I'm training as long as I should, but I'm following the same plan that I did last year so I'm on track. Need to spend more time on the trainer, that is always one of the hardest things for me because I have to do all my bike training inside and long hours on the trainer is just NO fun!
