Week of 10/22/2012 - 10/28/2012 Jogging - 3 Biking - 2 Strength Training / Core - 3 Swimming - 3 Weight loss for week - 2.5 lbs Total weight loss - 15 lbs It was a damn good week! My jogging continues to progress and I'm extremely pleased. I have slowly been moving up my speed and I know that will take time since I've always been a slow runner but things are moving along well. The swimming continues to do amazing things for my foot. Sadly the one thing I have always hated is now helping my body heal! The weight loss this week was fantastic but I know that right now my nutrition sucks. With Rob away for 5 weeks, my life revolves around going to the gym and work. I have been eating very healthy but I'm not eating much. But the other side of that is that I'm just not hungry so I'm not eating. Either way I need to work on hitting my calories everyday.
