Not the week I would like to have had and not a week that I'm proud of but I can't go back and change the past so I have to look at the positive side - I worked out Saturday and Sunday after zero workouts the rest of the week and when I could have used a few adults beverages to relax after a rough work week, I made the choice, knowing that would not help next weekend.
My work life bumps interrupted my training this week but I've decided I can't use that as an excuse I have to accept that every day/week/month/year is not going to be perfect and I still have to make the time for my training. I have said this before, I have to put in the time in order to see the glory.....I'm not always good at listening to my own motivation.
Many people have told me I have a way of motivating others and inspiring them, well I need to figure out how to inspire myself! I haven't figured out how I'll do that yet.
