Week 2 - D

Week 2 of the New Year and sadly I'll have to give myself a D.  The good news is that my weight loss for the week was down 3.5 lbs.  Workout wise I only did 2 run workouts and 1 strength workout.  I was scheduled to do 4 swim workouts, 2 bike workouts, 3 run workouts and 3 strength.  Yes I'm about to make an excuse but I haven't found the solution to work interfering with the workout schedule.  I had 3 late nights at work which prevented me from working out.  I would love to be able to do morning workouts on those days but sadly my day doesn't begin later on those days.  But I ate VERY well and I'm happy for that.  No snacking in the evening!!

This week I hope to get my butt back to the gym for swimming.  Since that is my weakest link I need to dedicate some time!
