1/25/16 - 1/31/16 Swim - 2 Bike - 2 Run - 1 Strength Training - 1 Weight to lose - 23.5 lbs Mileage (weekly / 2016) Swim - 4000 yds / 15,050 yds miles Bike - 62 miles / 190 miles Run -6.18 miles / 37.46 miles Not a bad week, I did get ONE strength training session in so that is an improvement. But I missed 2 runs, 1 bike and I had weight gain this week - UGH. But I hit my long bike, long run and both swim sessions and did I say ONE strength training!! I also stared nutrition conversations with Coach Krista. She made it very clear all the training is important but without good nutrition I won't finish. So I take what she says very serious. I know I'll have to consume more calories on the bike than I have in the past. This coming week is a recovery week so looking forward to a bit less volume.
